Red White and Blue!!!!

Hi folks,

Wow, has this been a mad few days for me, i have been running round like a headless chicken,Why we say that i dont know, i mean if a chickens heads been chopped off do they still run? Mmmm.....
Anyway its been mad Hectic, getting the girls to dance recitals,jubilee shows,Choir Group, Then street party, Gosh i think this is the 1st time i have sat down in a week,lol...
Anyway i have a DT card to share with you today that i made commemorating the Jubilee..
The challenge over at PCJ is to Colour it up, We want to see a hand coloured image on your project, We also are losing our lovely Blog owner Lisa this week and a few of our DT, But the gorgeous Wendy will be taking over so all is not lost, Please pop over and Bid farewell to the rest of the team who are leaving, Were so sad to see them go but wish them all the best for the future..

Anyway i made my card using one of the fabulous and Amazing images by Sherri Baldy,
Mothers Pearls & Daddys Shoes, I opened it up into My Craft Studio and made the balloon Transparent, I then layed the image over some Union Jack paper to make it show through the balloon, to match the card, What do you think?

Just here to let u know about the fab new images being released at Jellypark,They are awesome, Plz if u havent popped by before,go over and see Claires images,They are great value for money and perfect for any card..

Hi all,
Well due to the jubilee celebrations i am a lil late posting my card for Paperplay.The challenge this week is to use 2 of something, Images,Papers,Flowers Anything as long as theres 2 of them,lol..
We are sponsored this week by In 2 Stamps.
For my card i chose to use 2 Backing papers from the gorgeous Prima Pads.

I also used Kraft card for the first time ever, i wasnt brave enogh to colour onto it but i did use it for backing my papers,
I used a gorge Sugar Nellie image i have had on my computer for ages,lol
Coloured her with Copics.
Flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts, Where else,lol
Rafia and Cheesecloth were a present from a friend..
And the pearl flourish is Zva Zva.

Lazy Summer Day's

Hi All,
   Well is it hot? Its boiling here, so hot i cant sleep,eat or think.. So i did some crafting,heehee..h
I have been meaning to get out all my old stamps for a while and get rid of some, so decided to get started, I was so happy when i found this little beauty that i just had to make a card with her straight away..
So i nipped over to Pink Gem to see the challenge and got to work, Heres my card..

I decorated the inside to match, with 2 pull outs to add a verse

And your greeting..

The magnolia Doohickey tag on the front also pulls out

Summer Lovin

This is my 2nd post today, For my PCJ DT Post click Here.
So onto My next DT Card,   This week we are very kindly sponsored by Whiff of Joy

This week's challenge is "Summer Lovin' " - we would like to see you create a Summer/ and or card/LO/project for a couple.

For my Card i used a fabulous digi i got free for subscribing to Make it Crafty

Zoe.
And i also tried a technique for the hair that my gorgeous friend Alyce was showing on her blog, Click her name to be taken to the copic tutorial she created, Its fab!
Heres my SUMMERTIME card

This challenge was quite hard for me has Bright colours kinda scare me,lol

But i had a go and for my 1st attempt it aint that bad,lol..

I also made this one in more muted colours but using an Hanglar & Stanglar sailor girl stamp.

I love that little Anchor Charm, aint it cute..

All papers on both cards are from Magnolia and Flowers from WOC.

Butterflys were punched and as gift from a Friend.

Last Day 2 Hop

Hi Folks,

Well today is the last day to hop with us at Freshbrewed Designs so dont miss out on the wonderful new release Stamps Heather has to offer, Beautiful Bride and Baby Bump.
As many of you know my Darling Daughter loves to craft but has been quite poorly for the last 2 weeks so when she saw these stamps, she knew she wanted to make a card but wasnt well enough, so we came to a comprimise, Macka would colour the image and Glitter it, I would make up the card!
So this is our team effort, All papers and Embellies were also chosen by Macka, Heres our card using Beautiful Bride..

We decided to decoupage the skirt of her dress to make it bulk out, Macka then glittered the skirt,Veil and Flowers using Stickles.
Papers/Chipboards are from an old Create and Craft set.
Lace effect ribbon trim is from Wild orchid Crafts
Gems are from stash
Mediums are Promarkers

   I am popping by with a card i made for the little challenge going on at my lovely friends blog Jessicca's Craft Shaque, She has reached 400 followers so is having a fune with loads of chances to win, so if you havent popped in and seen her cards yet, Damn get yourself over there, this gal is awesome,lol
Anyway one of the ways to enter is to choose one of her projects and create something inspired by it, So after trawling thru her endlessly talented makes i settled on this little cutie card..

I just loved the idea of the window and how cute is that little doggy with his patch, oooh i just love dogs!!

Hi all

Sorry i havent been online, Macka ended up in hospital, at first we thought she was just sick with the excitement of her birthday but after 24hrs of being really ill we took her the emergency doc's, it turned out she had gastroenteritus and was dehidrayted, so after 4 days in hospital she finally came home, feeling a bit sorry for herself and wanting her mummy with her constantly i had no time to craft and had to do with colouring images, so i now have many images needing to be put on cards, and yes i was withdrawing,lol..
So i am here today with one of those images made up, Its the wonderful Wendy Wedding digi stamp by the fabulous Sherri Baldy, I just love this image and new it was perfect for a friend of mine who is getting married and wanted a card for his Bride-To-Be.
I used the fabulous Nitwit papers as they have such lovely words on them..

Hi Folks

Well its time for a new challenge at Jellypark and we want to see your Girly Girl creations, Claire has also released 2 fantastic new images and we were lucky enough to work with one, I got to work with this fantastic Mermaid

She is just perfect for the new challenge and so ready for summer!!

So heres my card..

I decided i wanted 2 mermaids on my card as we cant have 1 all alone can we!

So i opened up the digi into a graphics programme and converted her to png, I then flipped her to make 2nd mirror image and voila!

So there it is!
