Going For Gold....

Hi Bloggers,

       This year i wanted try new things so my New Year Resolutions were; Try baking, More crafting, Start Blogging and Try new ideas and styles in my cards, so when i saw the challenge at The Stamping Boutique Make a card using Gold colours in it, I thought i would have a go, i normally make cards using pastels or bright colours and dont think i have made a card with gold for a very long time, so i set to work with one of the new Magnolia Tilda Stamps, and some Magnolia papers perfect for this challenge,
I coloured my image with copics and distressed all the edges using Tim Holtz distress inks, I matted my papers onto Gold Card, and heres how it turned out...

Actually i am quite pleased with it! lol

Also the challenge at Magnolia Down Under was to recycle something, so see the goldy brown ribbon, Down the middle panel, That came off an old Silk Nighty and the White Leaves i punched out of an old gift bag my birthday present came in, it was ripped,lol

Bingo Time...

Well Bloggers,
      Aint you lucky, My 2nd post Today,lol...
So my arm is finally feeling less sore, looks like the Heprin Injections are working, but it takes My Girls Dad an Hour to get them in me, i am so scared of needles i put it off as long as i can or pretend i am REALLY busy...lol

Hello My Lovely Followers,

                     Well as you can see i reached over 100 Followers, so i will be adding another prize to the birthday candy in the next couple of days, To see my candy click the badge in the sidebar.
 Well on to todays card, I wanted to make a card using the new Stamp from Magnolia, Tilda in Ballet Shoes, I was lucky enough to receive this for my birthday off a Very Special Friend alond with some other goodies, to say i was happy is an understatement, So a huge thank you to my Special Friend.

Happy New Year

Hi  folks just a new card for you to look at, i made it using the Tilda with balloons stamp and some really nice backing papers i got from a craft shop.I glittered the edges of the papers and distressed them, added a doiley and some paper roses and guipere lace, gingham ribbon and pearls.
I also glazed the balloon and boots.
I decorated the inside to match too, hope you like my card, and you have all made your new year resolutions, mine are;
1. craft more
2. lose weight
3.learn to drive
Dont know how many i will accomplish but i hope at least 2 of them .
